Because our products are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure each piece is made to order.
Damages and Issues

The wrong item
If you receive a damaged product, please include clear photos of the issue in your email. We will evaluate the situation and, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement or a refund to ensure we make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand services, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on:

Items that have been worn, washed, or used
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
In accordance with EU consumer law, the "right of withdrawal" generally does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or which are clearly personalized (such as our print-on-demand products). However, if your specific item is deemed non-personalized, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to discuss the eligibility of your specific order.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to a manufacturing defect or damage, we will notify you via email. Once processed, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction.
